In addition to snippets, variables, and several common system suggestions (e.g., date, time), you can create a custom auto suggestions list and add your own words and phrases to it. The first step to doing this is to add an auto suggestions list file to your project.
How to add an auto suggestion list file
Select Project>Advanced>Add Auto Suggestion List File.
The Add Auto Suggestion List dialog opens.
New from template This lets you choose either a factory template file or one of your own customized template files as a starting point. The new file will take on all of the settings contained in the template. If you want to use a factory template provided by Flare, expand the Factory Templates folder and click on a template file. If you want to use your own customized template file, expand the appropriate folder and click on a file. Click here to find out what templates are all about
Note: In some dialogs and wizards you can click the Manage Templates button
if you want to open the Template Manager. This lets you manage any of your template files (e.g., add new templates, enter descriptions for templates).
, use the Open File dialog to find a file, and double-click it.The auto suggestion list file supports the TBX-Basic markup format, and its extension is .fltbx (e.g., MyAutoSugList.fltbx).
Click OK.
The auto suggestion list file is added to the Advanced folder in the Project Organizer. The Auto Suggestion List Editor opens to the right.
After you add an auto suggestion list file to your project, you can add words, phrases, or sentences (256 character limit) to it. You can do this directly in the Auto Suggestion List Editor, or you can right-click text in the XML Editor and use the context menu to add it to the auto suggestions list file.
